By contributing, you confirm that:

You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder). Federal and Florida law prohibit contributions from foreign nationals. (§106.011 F.S.; 52 U.S.C. §30121)

Your total contributions to this campaign do not exceed $1,000. This is a sub-countywide race. The legal maximum contribution per person per election is $1,000. (§106.07 F.S.)

You are making this contribution with your own personal funds. Contributions made in the name of another person, or using funds provided by another person for this purpose, are prohibited. (§106.08 F.S.)

You are not a corporation, LLC, or other business entity making a prohibited contribution. Contributions from corporations or labor organizations using general treasury funds are subject to Florida law restrictions. (§106.08 F.S.)

Your contribution will be publicly disclosed. Florida law requires reporting of all contributions, including your name, home address, occupation, employer, and contribution amount. This information is a public record. (§106.07 F.S.)

Contributions for amounts over $100 require your occupation and employer. If you contribute more than $100, you will be asked to provide this information as required by Florida law. (§106.07 F.S.)
Cash contribution limit

Contribution deadline
